I going to try an experiment by making the design document with Google docs. I am doing this in the hope that it will make for instant updates and easy access from anywhere. More designs exploring monster designs. There are four classes of monster, each representing a type of food: Non-Starch, Protein, Carbohydrates, and Junk. The player will have to moderate the number of each: allowing a mediated few to pass onto the given goal and stopping the remaining excess from reaching said goal.
What happens when your blood sugar is too high/low?
This site has a great article we can use as reference to study up on what happens when the blood sugar meter is off balance. Further, it'll help us engineer a way to simulate those effects and a "life safer" method to bring the player back into the game quickly.
